WDR200-XXX upgrade the technical on the basis of WD200 corrugated digital printing system which use water-based ink.
Use industrial grade inkjet printhead with high precision, good effect and high speed.Maximum printing speed can up to 2.2m/s, and actual capacity is 3600~12000 per hour, do comparable to the traditional printing.
New ink circulation system, the production is more environmentally friendly, and the ink waste is close to zero.
It is more stable with the automatic feeding system of SUN AUTOMATION , and the thickness of material printing can be as thin as 1.2mm.
Connected fast drying system, printing materials can be varies Y/W Kraft liner board, even semi coated board, meet the different needs of customers for printing.
After fast printing and drying, the varnish can keep shiny color and waterproof 2 in 1 by lower production cost.
In addition, all relevant systems and machine size can be ordered as customer’s request.
Description:
- Fast speed: the fastest production speed can be 2.2m/s with 600*200dpi, 1.6m/s with 600*300dpi, 0.8m/s with600*600dpi.
- Version costs: traditional printing system need to produce flexor, takes time and money. but WDR200 environmentally printing system do not need it and use inkjet printing technology.
- Environmentally: the traditional printing system need washing machine, produce large amounts of sewage,and produce large amounts of waste flexor, pollute the environment when replace the varieties. The WDR200environmentally printing system use 4-source color inkjet printing technology, won’t cause these problems.
- Labor: the traditional printing system, from the plate to the printing demands worker with high request and number,the process is cumbersome, time-consuming and labor-intensive, reducing production efficiency . WDR200 environmentally printing system use computer plate-making, computer palette and computer save,simple operation, printing on-demand, saving time and labor, high production efficiency.
